We are 250 klms north of Brisbane and 20 klms from the beautiful beaches of Hervey Bay.

All students must study English and Mathematics, then you can choose four electives. If you need to study a language, we offer most languages via a form of Distance Education.
We have many specialty programs. Please note that if you choose any of these or certificate courses, there may be an additional fee, and depending on your time with us you may not have enough time to completed the entire certificate.
At Maryborough State High School wearing the school uniform is compulsory, please note that all uniforms are at the student expense and can be purchased on your first day at school. You will also need black leather lace up shoes.
You will need a computer as most of our lessons require this, please bring your computer from home with you or you will need to purchase on once you are here.
